This adaptable robotic case packer seamlessly picked various paint roller retail packages, efficiently packing them into cases with versatility and ease.  The fully integrated system included pack out oriented quick change custom designed AMI end of arm tool grippers, “ease of use” AMI product recipe selector and HMI, a case erector, infeed conveyor, robotic case packer, case sealer, check weigher, labeler, and outfeed conveyor.

This case packer serves to neatly and efficiently pack Eight-O-Clock coffee bags. As with all Automated Motion packing projects, it is designed to be productive, reliable, and low-maintenance to meet the demanding requirements of high-speed production lines.

This case packer can be configured to run uniform or odd shaped products with menu selectable pack patterns. This feature provides very quick case change-overs which results in increased production.
