Palletizing
Case Palletizing
High speed case palletizing utilizing 2 Yaskawa Robots to maintain cycle time due to potential robot utilization constraints in a single robot design. AMI utilized a Yaskawa PL190 palletizing robot with a custom-built multi-case fork style end of arm tool to pick and place up to 26 cases per minute. The second robot is a Yaskawa MPL80 to deliver up to 2 slip sheets per pallet. Additionally, this system design integrated several conveyor technologies including 24vdc zoned case conveyors as well as Activated Roller Belt (ARB) conveyor technology to register and drive a bump turn sideways on select cases to meet the pallet pattern requirements.

Bag Palletizing
Our systems handle bag palletizing on a dual line 50 lb bag infeed system. We offer two Yaskawa PL190 palletizing robots that have two bag clamp grippers, two AMI PD-20 Pallet dispensers, and a throughput of 22 bags per minute.

Pail Palletizing
End of Line Pail palletizing, including pallet dispenser and robotic slip sheet placement. This AMI system utilizes the Yaskawa MPL300 robot with custom designed AMI pail handling End of Arm tool with slip sheet capability. Additionally, the system is equipped with AMI custom pail infeed accumulation conveyors.
